When returning items you purchased from Wireless Labs, there are a few guidelines to consider. Returns are eligible for:

  • Exchange for the same product.
  • Credit on your account. This is based on your purchase price of the item or the current selling price. We will use the lowest between the two to process this.
  • Refund to your original payment method. This is based on your purchase price of the item or the current selling price. We will use the lowest between the two to process this.

For LCDs and Smallparts.- Lifetime warranty on malfunction only. Any item without its original packaging and/or with physical damage/scratches, won’t be taken back. In the case of LCDs, all of them must have our Wireless Labs stamp, or else they won’t be accepted.

Cases, Accessories, and Gadgets.- There is a 30-day timeframe from the purchase date to return these products. Returns will not be accepted for items that are no longer needed, purchased in error, or did not sell. Products with no manufacturing defect and inside their original packaging may be approved under the review of the management. In case it is approved, the items will have a 25% restocking fee.

Missing / Wrong Articles
The customer is responsible for checking their order for any incorrect or damaged items. It must be reported to sales@wirelesslabs.com with the order number and proof of the issue within one week. Any reports submitted after this period of time will be denied.
